Our Order Process

BUILD-A-QUOTE

If you’re ready to start making your creative dreams come true, then head on over to our Build-a-Quote form. The more information you give us, the better. A shirt style number, shirt color, design file and additional info, such as the number of ink colors and placements, will help us send the most accurate quote your way. Don’t know something? Just leave it blank and we’ll talk it through with you. Once you hit the submit button, you can expect to hear back from us within 12 business hours.

REVIEW & APPROVE QUOTE

Time to fine tune this well-oiled machine. After reviewing your quote, you’ll have the ability to recommend changes or switch shirt styles, colors, and such. Your order cannot move forward until all of the information on the quote has been finalized. Once you’re fully satisfied with your quote, we’ll ask for your approval, final design files, art information and payment to get your order started. It’ll then be up to our talented Art Department to generate the best digital proof you’ve ever seen for your order.

APPROVE MOCKUP

You’ll receive a digital proof from your Account Executive a few days after placing your order. This proof serves to illustrate what your shirt will look like once the production process has been completed. As a client, you must approve of the details and information on this proof before it hits our production floor. Our goal is to set realistic expectations prior to printing your shirts, so you know exactly what you'll be receiving at your doorstep!

ORDER ROLLS THROUGH PRODUCTION

Our production crew works their magic by mixing inks, burning screens, outputting film, sorting shirts, prepping the press, and all that good stuff--just for your order! Your design will travel from our Art Department to Production in a streamlined process ensuring that nothing but the best makes its way through our shop. The Production Crew will also coordinate with your Account Executive to discuss certain details to make sure we’re delivering a wow-filled experience from start to finish.

ORDER SHIPS

That’s right. Your shirts are officially done and en route to you at this very moment! They’re no longer an idea living in your head, computer screen, or on your sketch pad. They’re living, breathing...well maybe not breathing, but they’re finally a tangible good! UPS will be taking good care of your package while it’s in transit.

RECEIVE SHIRTS

After we ship your t-shirts and UPS drops them off at your shipping address of choice, it’s up to you to release them to the masses. Believe it or not, the world needs your creativity! While you’re out changing the world one t-shirt at time, we’ll be here eagerly awaiting to bring your next creation to life.
